Senior Manager – ServiceNow Technical Architect
UK | Hybrid | Enterprise Transformation
A global professional services organisation with one of the largest and most established ServiceNow practices in the UK is continuing to invest heavily in senior leadership capability.
This opportunity sits at Senior Manager level, working on some of the largest, most complex ServiceNow programmes in the market, supporting FTSE 100 and major public-sector clients through enterprise-wide transformation.
The Role
You will operate as a technical authority and delivery leader, responsible for:
- Owning enterprise-level ServiceNow architecture across large-scale programmes
- Leading platform strategy, design, and delivery for complex, multi-module implementations
- Acting as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders (C-suite, CIO, CTO)
- Shaping roadmaps, operating models, governance, and best practice
- Providing architectural oversight across integrations, data, security, and scalability
- Mentoring and developing architects and technical leads within delivery teams
- Supporting pre-sales, solution design, and bid work for high-value transformation initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- Extensive experience as a ServiceNow Technical Architect in a consulting environment
- CTA badge strongly preferred, though long-standing, credible consulting careers will be considered
- Deep exposure to enterprise ServiceNow estates (ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, SecOps, etc.)
- Strong understanding of integration patterns, enterprise architecture, and platform governance
- Comfortable operating at Senior Manager / Principal level
- A balance of hands-on architectural depth and senior stakeholder influence
