Currently in search of a Senior Product Manager to join one of the UK’s leading digital transformation consultancies engaged with a UK Defence client.
As a Senior Product Manager you will be an expert within user-centred and agile delivery supporting the creation of bespoke digital products within central government and defence environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Lead agile product development teams through discovery, alpha, beta, and live phases.
- Prioritise features and backlogs based on user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
- Champion user-centred design and data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with GDS standards and defence governance frameworks.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven track record as a Senior Product Manager in central government or defence sectors.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.
- Experience working with multidisciplinary teams including designers, developers, and delivery managers.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Familiarity with GDS service standards and digital delivery practices.
