You\’ll be joining a global technology consultancy that helps enterprise clients transform and modernise their application estates – turning complex legacy environments into scalable, cloud-ready platforms.
This is a client-facing pre-sales role at the heart of large-scale digital transformation. You\’ll work alongside senior engineers, solution leaders and delivery experts to design technical solutions that solve genuine business challenges.
What you\’ll be doing
Partner with sales and delivery teams to shape solutions for application modernisation and digital transformation. Lead client workshops, scope complex technical requirements, and translate them into compelling solution proposals. Develop architecture roadmaps and integration strategies across cloud, data, and applications. Support bid responses, RFPs and presentations – articulating technical value and commercial alignment. Bridge technical depth with business impact, ensuring solutions are both robust and commercially sound. Experience required
Strong background in
software engineering
or
solution architecture , ideally with exposure to legacy modernisation or cloud-native design. Experience in
pre-sales, bid support, or client-facing architecture
roles. Broad understanding of modern application ecosystems – microservices, APIs, containers, CI/CD. Credibility to engage with C-level stakeholders and technical teams alike. Excellent communication and storytelling ability – able to convey complex ideas simply. The package
