IT Transformation and Sourcing Consultant

Location: Hybrid – London

NOTE: for this role you must be eligible for security clearance.

We are looking for an experienced IT Transformation and Sourcing Consultant to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on complex IT and sourcing challenges, helping clients drive innovation and create efficient organizations. You will combine your expertise in strategy, change, and technical delivery to support clients in building the technology solutions needed for today and tomorrow.

As a Consultant, you will:

• Develop sourcing strategies that balance internal and external IT services to create future-proof solutions.
• Shape and deliver sourcing solutions, business cases, and contracts to achieve sustainable benefits.
• Lead global operating models and transition programs, transforming IT and business services.
• Provide strategic advice to senior executives and government leaders on IT transformation and digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design sourcing strategies for internal and external IT services.
• Deliver sourcing solutions and contracts that deliver sustainable benefits.
• Lead transition programs and workstreams to transform IT and business services.
• Advise clients on operating models, procurement strategies, and technology solutions.
• Drive change in organizations by introducing new cultures, supplier relationships, and modern delivery models.

About You:

• 7+ years demonstrated experience in IT/digital sourcing and transformation.
• Strong knowledge of the technology services marketplace, including cloud, SaaS, and AI solutions.
• Experience in delivering sourcing strategies, business cases, and commercial models.
• Experience with the outsourcing lifecycle (strategy, delivery, transition, service optimization).
• Ability to shape procurement strategies and develop effective commercial solutions.
• Expertise in technology delivery disciplines such as IT strategy, service management, agile delivery, and IT project management.

Additional Requirements:

• Eligible for UK Security Clearance.
• Preferably, previous consulting experience.
