The team manages the central high-touch execution ecosystem across asset classes, and you will be responsible for interfacing with traders, execution quants, external counterparties and other internal stakeholders on designing and improving the execution processes, as well as onboarding new products to trade.

  • Collaborate with strategists to understand requirements and onboard new flows into the High-Touch execution pipeline.
  • Collect market intelligence and analyze market microstructures.
  • Proficiency in Python and/or KDB.
  • Familiarity with transaction cost analysis (TCA).
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
