Position Overview
- Drive the development of the discretionary risk framework by enhancing firm-wide processes and infrastructure.
- Ensure discretionary strategies operate within risk limits and allocations defined by the Investment Committee.
- Identify and evaluate risks associated with discretionary trading strategies.
- Analyze portfolio-level risk exposures and key performance drivers.
- Collaborate with quantitative researchers and traders on strategy analysis.
- Support trade and portfolio construction across the discretionary business.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or related field (includes degrees in Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, Financial Engineering, Operations Research, Computer Science and Physics); advanced degree preferred.
- Years Experience Guidelines: Graduate level up to 3 years of relevant experience.
