This is an opportunity to work on complex, enterprise-scale security transformations, helping organisations design and implement robust IAM strategies that underpin modern digital ecosystems. You'll play a key role in delivering end-to-end IAM and IGA solutions across a range of clients, working at the intersection of security architecture, compliance, and business transformation. This is a hands-on consulting role with real influence over design decisions and implementation strategy.
What You'll Be Doing
- Designing and implementing IAM / IGA architectures aligned to business and regulatory requirements
- Leading solution development across areas such as RBAC, ABAC, SSO, and privileged access management
- Building and optimising identity lifecycle processes (provisioning, de-provisioning, access requests, certifications)
- Integrating IAM solutions into complex enterprise and cloud environments
- Advising stakeholders across security, engineering, and business teams
- Supporting compliance initiatives (e.g. GDPR, SOX) through effective access governance and auditability
- Providing technical leadership across delivery teams
What We're Looking For
- Strong experience in IAM / IGA consulting or security architecture (typically 5-8+ years)
- Hands-on expertise with tools such as SailPoint, Okta, Oracle Identity Governance or similar
- Solid understanding of authentication and federation protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, LDAP)
- Experience with cloud IAM (Azure AD, AWS IAM, etc.)
- Strong grasp of access control models and security frameworks
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes
- Desirable Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, TOGAF or similar)
- Experience working in large-scale, enterprise environments
- Consulting or client-facing delivery experience
