The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Data & AI Lead to drive growth and delivery across Healthcare or Public sector within a leading consulting and technology practice. This is a senior leadership role combining sector expertise, client engagement, and Data & AI strategy, focused on helping healthcare organisations unlock value through data, analytics, and AI-driven transformation. You’ll play a key role in shaping strategy, winning new business, and delivering high-impact programmes across providers, payers, and wider health ecosystems.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading Data & AI strategy and transformation programmes across healthcare or public sector clients
- Acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders across NHS, private healthcare organisations or public sector organisations
- Driving business development and account growth, identifying and shaping new opportunities
- Defining and delivering modern data platforms, analytics solutions, and AI use cases
- Leading multidisciplinary teams across data engineering, analytics, and AI delivery
- Shaping propositions and contributing to pre-sales, bids, and go-to-market strategy
- Ensuring delivery excellence across complex, multi-workstream programmes
- Building and mentoring high-performing teams within the Data & AI practice
- Contributing to thought leadership across healthcare/ public sector and AI innovation
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience in Data & AI consulting or industry leadership roles
- Deep understanding of the Healthcare sector (NHS, providers, payers, or life sciences)
- Proven experience delivering large-scale data and AI transformation programmes
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in business development and client growth
- Experience designing and delivering modern data platforms and AI solutions
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, including C-suite engagement
- Experience leading and developing high-performing teams
