The Role: • Lead and deliver Integrated Logistic Support strategy for complex defence systems. • Coordinate across engineering, supply chain, and programme functions to ensure readiness from factory to frontline. • Apply predictive logistics tools to optimise lifecycle performance. • Manage and influence internal and customer stakeholders on sustainment priorities. • Provide technical and commercial input to bids, proposals and delivery plans. What You\’ll Bring: • Proven experience in Integrated Logistic Support (ILS), ideally within defence, aerospace, or complex engineering programmes. • A solid engineering background, preferably supported by a relevant degree. • Strong grasp of support models for weapon systems or high-dependency platforms. • Ability to balance strategic oversight with hands-on delivery. • Confident communicator able to manage multiple workstreams.
