The ideal Identity Engineer will have strong experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions, bringing a blend of technical expertise and strategic thinking. This role involves contributing to critical security programmes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and enhancing IAM frameworks to mitigate risk and ensure compliance.
Your responsibilities as Identity Engineer include:
- Design and implement IAM solutions: Integrate IAM systems with other applications and maintain robust security measures.
- Develop and enforce IAM policies: Establish procedures and governance frameworks to manage access control effectively.
- Monitor and analyse IAM systems: Identify issues, conduct investigations, and support resolution processes.
- Engage in IAM-related audits and compliance activities: Ensure alignment with security standards and best practices.
- Document IAM processes: Maintain clear and detailed documentation for procedures and workflows.
- Deliver IAM training and awareness programmes: Support end-user understanding and compliance.

Your previous experience as Identity Engineer will include:
- Experience in IAM design and implementation: Proven ability to develop and maintain secure identity management systems.
- Knowledge of IAM policies and best practices: Familiarity with security frameworks and compliance standards.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills: Capable of monitoring access management systems and resolving issues efficiently.
- Experience in supporting IAM audits and training programmes: Strong ability to contribute to compliance and end-user education.
- Effective communication skills: Adept at translating complex security concepts into accessible insights for diverse audiences.
- Eligibility for UK Security Clearance: Must be a British National, willing and eligible to obtain SC or DV clearance.
