About the Role
An opportunity to join a high-profile IAM transformation programme as a Business Change Management Analyst. The role supports the Business Change Lead and Manager in analysing change impacts, managing stakeholder engagement, and producing key artefacts to ensure smooth delivery across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the creation of business change and engagement plans.
- Develop countdown and communication plans aligned to project milestones.
- Conduct stakeholder analysis and provide insight to support organisational readiness.
Skills & Experience
- 5+ years’ experience in business change analysis within large-scale transformation environments.
- Proven track record delivering structured change and engagement activities.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
