The role
We’re looking for an experienced Business Change Management Lead to drive and govern all change-related activities across a major Identity and Access Management (IAM) programme. This is a senior role requiring deep experience in leading transformation initiatives where technology, process, and culture intersect.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and governance of business change activities supporting the IAM programme outcomes.
- Develop and deliver change management, engagement, and communications strategies for system implementation and adoption.
- Oversee stakeholder engagement, ensuring alignment across technical, business, and operational teams.
- Manage readiness and adoption planning, including training, business impact assessments, and change countdown plans.
- Identify and resolve delivery challenges, ensuring smooth transition to new IAM processes and tools.
What you’ll bring
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in business change management within large-scale technology or digital transformation programmes.
- Proven record of delivering organisational change at portfolio, programme, and project level.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
- Experience developing change and engagement strategies for IAM or security-related programmes.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and governance skills.
- Current SC Clearance is essential.
