IAM Business Change Management Analyst – SC Cleared
- Location: Hybrid (London or Birmingham, on-site twice per month)
- Contract: 3 Month rolling contract

Overview
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Business Change Analyst to join a major Identity and Access Management (IAM) transformation programme, supporting National Highways. The role focuses on leading business change activities to ensure people, processes, and systems are ready for the introduction of new IAM solutions.
Responsibilities
- Support the Business Change Lead and Change Manager across IAM, IGA, and PAM workstreams
- Analyse business change requirements and produce artefacts such as engagement and change countdown plans
- Identify, assess, and manage stakeholder impacts across the organisation
- Support communication and engagement activity to ensure smooth transition and adoption of IAM solutions
- Track readiness activities, reporting progress and addressing any issues or resistance
- Collaborate with project and technical teams to translate technical change into clear business outcomes
Skills and Experience
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in business change or transformation analysis within large or complex organisations
- Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts, including IGA and PAM
- Proven experience developing business change and engagement plans for technology-led initiatives
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working in structured public sector or secure environments
- Active SC Clearance is essential
