Job Description
We're looking for an experienced Operating Model Consultant to support a major transformation programme within the UK Defence sector.
You'll work with senior stakeholders to assess current operating models, identify opportunities for improvement and help design practical, scalable future-state ways of working.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and assess current and future-state operating models.
- Analyse organisational structures, processes, capabilities and ways of working.
- Work with senior stakeholders to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Translate strategic objectives into practical operating model designs.
- Support transformation roadmaps and implementation planning.
- Facilitate workshops and present recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Produce clear, high-quality documentation and deliverables.
Experience Required
- Strong Operating Model / Business Transformation consulting experience.
- Experience working on complex transformation programmes.
- Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
- Experience within Defence / Government would be highly beneficial.
- Active SC Clearance, used within the last 12 months, is essential.
