Were looking for a Project Manager / Business Analyst to support a range of strategic initiatives across a major transformation programme.
This is a hybrid role combining project management, business analysis and strategic delivery, working across Product, Operations, Technology and Data teams to drive initiatives from definition through to implementation.
What you'll be doing
- Deliver strategic change and transformation initiatives from scope through to implementation.
- Develop project plans, roadmaps, milestones and governance.
- Gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into actionable delivery plans.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage dependencies, risks and actions.
- Support product development, customer journey improvements and process transformation.
- Contribute to strategic roadmap development and wider technology/operational transformation.
- Manage stakeholder communications and provide clear delivery reporting.
What we're looking for
- Strong experience as a Project Manager, Business Analyst or PM/BA hybrid.
- Proven experience delivering complex change or transformation programmes.
- Strong project planning, requirements gathering and delivery management skills.
- Experience working across multiple business functions and senior stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of risks, dependencies, milestones and governance.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience within banking, financial services, KYC, customer onboarding or another regulated environment is highly desirable. xiskglj
