Experience designing, installing and supporting IT service desk workflows and systems ideally with technologies like - Service Now, Freshworks, ManageEngine, BMC Helix, Cherwell or similar Core knowledge on infrastructure tools like - Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, SQL, SQL Server or PKI and Certificate Management Experience working in ITSM/ITIL environment - Certifications are highly desirable Experience working with on - prem, hybrid cloud and cloud native environments Eligible for high level DV clearance - if not already certified O.K.
