We're looking for an ambitious Graduate Financial Recruitment Consultant who is interested in financial markets and wants to build a successful career in recruitment.
The Role
As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you'll work with leading financial institutions and exceptional candidates, managing the recruitment process from start to finish. You'll develop market expertise, build long-term relationships, and play a key role in connecting top talent with world-class organisations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Sourcing and engaging high-calibre candidates
- Interviewing and assessing candidates
- Managing the recruitment process from initial contact through to offer
- Building and developing client relationships
- Negotiating offers and providing market insight
- Identifying new business opportunities within your market
Who We're Looking For
- Recent graduates or professionals in the early stages of their career
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ambitious, motivated, and commercially driven individuals
- An interest in finance, trading, or recruitment
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship is not available)
