We are looking for ambitious graduates from any discipline to join our Quant Finance & Systematic Trading practice in London, supporting our expansion into the U.S. market. What you'll be doing:
- Talent sourcing & headhunting: Engaging with top quantitative talent, from PhDs and developers to traders and portfolio managers.
- Candidate support: Assisting with the recruitment process, including scheduling, interview prep, and managing client interactions.
- Market research: Mapping talent, tracking trends in systematic trading, quant research, and technology.
- Client support: Helping to prepare candidate shortlists, job descriptions, and presentations for U.S. clients.
- Collaboration & learning: Working alongside senior consultants, gaining exposure to executive search techniques, business development, and quantitative finance.
What we're looking for:
- Recent graduate in any discipline.
