The Graduate Financial Recruitment Consultant role:
β’ Candidate Sourcing: Use job boards, social media, and networking to find top talent for your clients
β’ Candidate Screening: Interview and assess candidates\β skills, qualifications, and fit for the role
β’ Job Matching: Match candidates with opportunities based on experience, qualifications, and client needs
β’ Offer Negotiation: Facilitate salary negotiations and employment terms between clients and candidates
