The successful Commercial Manager will perform activities to achieve customer contract performance targets in compliance with the terms and conditions of the contract, collaborating with the customer and stakeholders. Activities include customer billing/invoicing, preparing proposals/quotes, managing contracts, maintaining contract risks, issues & deliverables, ensuring audit readiness and contract compliance, supporting performance reporting, and other end-to-end activities in the Lead-to-Cash workflow.

As a Global Contract Commercial Manager, your primary responsibility is to manage the execution of the Program Management System, driving commercial success and business objectives for your assigned accounts. You will enhance financial performance, customer satisfaction, audit readiness, business controls, and ensure adherence to standard processes and global tools. Additionally, you will act as a Project Executive deputy, demonstrating leadership to support the account across various functions.
