The successful candidate will manage and maintain Trend building management systems, configure IQ Vision and provide technical support to customers and internal teams. What you need:
- Strong professional experience working with Trend BMS systems
- Experience configuring, managing and maintaining IQ Vision
- Practical experience using SET to maintain Trend BMS environments
- Ability to export and integrate data from Trend into other systems
- Working knowledge of HVAC systems and associated controls
- Understanding of building automation protocols and technologies
- Exposure to Tridium, EDPAC, Modbus or BACnet would be advantageous
- Experience analysing system performance, identifying faults and implementing improvements
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach
- Ability to work effectively with technical teams, operational colleagues and external stakeholders
- Previous experience in a fast-paced facilities management or similar environment would be beneficial
