We’re working with a leading digital services partner committed to transforming organisations through data, design, and technology. As part of their continued growth, they’re looking for a Senior Service Design Consultant to help shape and deliver innovative public-sector services across the UK.

This is a brilliant opportunity for a Senior Service Design Consultant with strong experience in user-centred design, Agile delivery, and Public Sector/GDS standards. You’ll play a pivotal role in guiding complex programmes—bringing clarity to service ecosystems, aligning business outcomes with user needs, and ensuring projects deliver meaningful impact for both clients and society.

Think strategic planning meets service blueprints meets Agile delivery—with opportunities to influence senior stakeholders, manage cross-functional teams, and embed design thinking into some of the UK’s most important services. You’ll be seen as a trusted expert, working across boundaries to simplify complexity and drive service excellence.

Key Skills & Expertise:
  • Extensive service design experience, with proven delivery of end-to-end or improved services
  • Strong background in Public Sector and Government Digital Service (GDS) standards
  • Skilled in Agile delivery, service mapping, blueprints, and stakeholder engagement
  • Ability to influence at senior levels, build long-term partnerships, and manage dependencies across teams
  • Additional expertise from related areas (UX design, business analysis, product management, digital strategy, business architecture) welcomed
