This is a senior leadership role focused on advising C-level stakeholders on complex ServiceNow transformation initiatives across strategy, architecture, operating models, and enterprise-scale delivery. You’ll work at the front end of major transformation programmes, helping clients solve business-critical challenges while shaping high-value consulting engagements and growth opportunities. This is not a hands-on administrator role. It is a strategic advisory and consulting position for someone comfortable operating with senior stakeholders, leading conversations, influencing transformation roadmaps, and helping organisations maximise value from ServiceNow investments. The position can be based anywhere in the UK with hybrid working and travel to client sites as required.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Advising enterprise and public sector clients on large-scale ServiceNow transformation programmes.
- Engaging directly with CxOs and senior business leaders to shape technology strategy and roadmap decisions.
- Leading advisory engagements across ServiceNow architecture, governance, operating models, automation, and platform optimisation.
- Supporting complex bids, transformation deals, and strategic growth initiatives across the ServiceNow practice.
- Translating business challenges into scalable and commercially viable ServiceNow solutions.
- Acting as a senior figure within the advisory function, contributing to thought leadership, mentoring, and capability growth.
- Working across multidisciplinary cloud, infrastructure, and transformation teams within large enterprise environments.
Ideal Background
- Strong consulting or advisory experience within ServiceNow environments.
- Deep expertise across ServiceNow architecture, implementation, integration, and platform strategy.
- Experience leading enterprise-scale ServiceNow programmes across multiple modules and environments.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience operating at senior leadership or CxO level.
- ServiceNow CSA certification is required, with additional implementation certifications highly desirable.
- ITIL Foundation certification and strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure and cloud environments.
- Proven ability to lead transformation discussions, influence decision-making, and drive strategic outcomes.
- Experience within large consulting organisations, managed services environments, or complex enterprise transformation programmes is highly beneficial.
What You’ll Receive
- £110,000 - £130,000 base salary.
- 20% annual bonus.
- Strong overall benefits package.
- UK-wide hybrid working model.
- Exposure to some of the UK’s largest and most complex transformation programmes.
- Opportunity to work across enterprise, public sector, and regulated environments.
- Clear progression opportunities within a globally recognised consulting and transformation organisation.
- Access to large-scale AI, cloud, and digital transformation initiatives shaping the future of enterprise technology.
Security Clearance
Candidates must be eligible for SC Clearance. This typically requires continuous UK residency for the last 5 years.
Who Should Apply
This role suits experienced ServiceNow consultants, advisory leads, architects, or practice leaders who want to move further into strategic consulting, transformation leadership, and high-level client engagement. It is particularly well suited to individuals who enjoy combining technology expertise with commercial thinking, stakeholder influence, and large-scale transformation strategy.
