We are seeking a high-performing leader to bridge the gap between complex data engineering and strategic business value. In this role, you will spearhead the design and implementation of Palantir Foundry-enabled solutions, driving large-scale digital transformations for our clients through advanced AI and data integration.
The Role: Your Day-to-Day
- As a Lead within a delivery team, you will act as a consultant and technical architect, ensuring that our Palantir alliance delivers maximum business impact.
- Lead & Inspire: Guide your delivery team using consulting skills to design and implement Foundry solutions that drive strategic transformations.
- Drive Value Creation: Apply deep technical understanding of Palantir Foundry to optimize client digital investments and solve "hard" business problems.
- End-to-End Ownership: Collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs) and client SMEs to take ownership of project planning, budgeting, and robust execution.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Manage diverse experts across complex environments to deliver tailored, high-value data products.
- Team Development: Coach your team, deepening their technical expertise and managing performance to exceed client expectations.
- Stakeholder Management: Build meaningful, authentic connections with senior stakeholders to foster collaboration and shared growth.
- Standards & Integrity: Uphold the highest professional and technical standards, ensuring all solutions meet rigorous code of conduct and compliance requirements.
About You: Skills & Experience
- This role is a perfect fit if you have a track record of delivering scalable data products and possess a deep curiosity for the future of AI.
- Consulting & Delivery: Extensive experience in data analytics, engineering, or management consulting within complex client environments.
- Foundry Expertise: Expert knowledge of Foundry building blocks (e.g., Ontology, Data Connection, Slate/Workshop, and AIP). Palantir Foundry certifications are highly desirable.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong background in object-oriented design and software engineering. You should be proficient in at least one language: Python/PySpark, SQL, Java, or TypeScript.
- AI/LLM Knowledge: Familiarity with modern LLM stacks (OpenAI/Azure OpenAI, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or vLLM) is a significant advantage.
- UX & Visualization: Proven ability to design intuitive user experiences and high-impact data visualizations.
- Systems Thinking: Understanding of data modeling and platform integration across enterprise-scale environments.
- Sector Knowledge: Experience in Financial Services, Government, Healthcare, Energy, or Manufacturing.
- Security Clearance: Transferable government clearance (SC or DV) is preferred.
