What you'll be doing
- Define and lead the enterprise AI, GenAI, and Intelligent Automation strategy, aligned to digital transformation objectives
- Establish and govern Responsible AI frameworks, including ethics, transparency, and regulatory compliance
- Act as executive sponsor for AI architecture, operating models, and adoption roadmaps
- Oversee delivery of enterprise-grade AI solutions using Python, .NET, and cloud-native architectures
- Lead advanced GenAI initiatives including LLMs, RAG architectures, vector databases, and agent-based frameworks
- Champion multi-cloud engineering and MLOps best practices across Azure, AWS, and GCP
- Lead intelligent automation and cognitive services programmes across business operations
- Build, mentor, and scale high-performing global teams across AI, data, and automation disciplines
What you need
- Proven experience delivering large-scale AI and data-led transformation programmes
- Strong background integrating Python-based AI solutions with .NET enterprise systems
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms, MLOps, DevSecOps, and data governance
- Hands-on leadership with AI frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain, (or similar) and orchestration tooling
- Experience deploying and managing LLMs, RAG pipelines, and vector databases
- Strong understanding of data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake, Synapse, BigQuery) and modern lakehouse architectures
- Executive-level stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence at C-suite level
