This is a hands-on technical leadership role within a high-performing ServiceNow practice, responsible for shaping architecture across enterprise-wide implementations and driving platform strategy across multiple clients. You’ll act as a senior authority on ServiceNow design decisions, working closely with stakeholders to translate business problems into scalable, secure, and future-ready platform solutions.

  • Own end-to-end ServiceNow architecture across enterprise programmes
  • Manage and mentor teams of ServiceNow developers, setting engineering and delivery standards
  • Define integration strategies across cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and GCP
  • Engage directly with stakeholders as a trusted advisor, providing options, risks, and trade-offs
  • Oversee advanced scripting and integration work using JavaScript, SQL, and REST/SOAP APIs
  • Support cloud migration and wider platform transformation initiatives

Strong ServiceNow development and technical architecture background:

  • Experience operating as a Technical Architect or Design Authority
  • 5+ ServiceNow CIS certifications
  • Exposure to at least 3 ServiceNow product lines beyond ITSM
  • Certified Technical Architect (or working towards it)
  • ITIL v4 certification
  • GenAI / AI-enabled ServiceNow experience
