A leading digital consultancy client is seeking experienced Delivery Managers to support a major transformation programme within the public sector. These roles are ideal for seasoned Delivery Managers with deep Agile expertise and a strong track record of leading software delivery across complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in Agile delivery (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
- Strong public sector background
- Experience delivering software/applications projects in public sector
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, multi-location environments
- Willingness to travel to client site occasionally
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Agile delivery across diverse business units
- Facilitate workshops, sprint planning, retrospectives, and stand-ups
- Champion Agile best practices and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with stakeholders across defence teams and operational units
- Ensure alignment, transparency, and delivery against programme goals
