• Strong organisational and record-keeping skills with good attention to detail.

Desirable:

• Experience supporting production or prototype environments.

• Familiarity with analogue, digital, RF, and optical technologies.

• Understanding of design processes, kitting logistics, and prototype progression.

• Confident communication and report writing skills.

What’s in it for you:

• Up to £2,500 company bonus (performance-based)

• Pension scheme with total contributions up to 14%

• Opportunity for paid overtime

• Up to 15 additional flexi-leave days

• Enhanced parental leave – up to 26 weeks for maternity, adoption, and shared parental leave, plus enhanced paternity, neonatal, and fertility treatment leave

• Excellent onsite facilities including subsidised meals, gym, café, and free parking

Take the next step in your electronics career with a globally respected organisation where hands-on innovation and professional development go hand in hand.
