We're looking for an experienced Cloud Solution Architect specialising in Red Hat OpenShift to take on a key leadership role, designing and delivering secure, scalable and resilient cloud platforms for major enterprise clients. ?? What you'll be doing: Lead cloud and OpenShift architecture across public, private and hybrid cloud environments. Define modernisation strategies, platform roadmaps and enterprise architecture standards. Drive OpenShift GitOps, multi-cluster management, OpenShift Virtualization and Kubernetes networking. Champion security, Zero Trust, resilience, observability and operational excellence. Advise senior stakeholders, shape client solutions, and lead and mentor architecture and engineering teams. Explore opportunities to apply Agentic AI and intelligent automation to platform engineering. ?? What we're looking for: Strong hands-on experience designing and operating Red Hat OpenShift and Kubernetes platforms at enterprise scale. Expertise in OpenShift GitOps, Argo CD, Advanced Cluster Management and platform lifecycle management. Knowledge of OpenShift Virtualization, KubeVirt, Kubernetes networking, multi-tenancy and Zero Trust principles. Proven experience in enterprise architecture, technical leadership and client advisory. The ability to translate complex technical challenges into practical, business-focused solutions. ? Desirable experience: Red Hat OpenShift or Kubernetes certifications. Experience in financial services or other regulated industries. Familiarity with Policy-as-Code, CI/CD automation and GitOps workflows. An interest in Agentic AI and intelligent platform operations. What's on offer?
