What you need:

  • Previous experience in an IT support, helpdesk, or technical support environment
  • Experience supporting laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and end users
  • Understanding of Microsoft 365 administration including Outlook, Teams, and user access management
  • Exposure to Active Directory and/or Entra ID
  • Basic knowledge of networking concepts including DNS, DHCP, and IP addressing
  • Experience working within Windows 10/11 environments
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • IT qualification in Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience

Desirable:

  • Exposure to Intune or device management tools
  • Basic Windows Server knowledge
  • Experience using IT ticketing or ITSM systems
  • Awareness of IT security best practices
  • Microsoft Fundamentals certifications (MS-900 / AZ-900) or CompTIA A+/Network+
