As a Solution Architect, you’ll be at the intersection of technology leadership and hands-on engineering. You’ll be responsible for shaping, designing, and delivering large-scale, high-profile programmes across industries including defence, health, government, energy, and financial services. You’ll partner with executives (up to CxO level), lead engineering teams, and provide technical direction across modern architecture domains.
A strong engineering background with hands-on software development experience before moving into architecture is essential. Knowledge across cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern delivery approaches (agile, DevOps, CI/CD) is required. Strong technical breadth across areas such as microservices, cloud-native design, data platforms, CRM/eCommerce, IoT, or enterprise platforms is also important.
Access to advanced training and certifications in AWS, Azure, and GCP will be provided. You will work on mission-critical projects with genuine social and business impact. The role offers hybrid working with a UK-wide office network and promotes a diverse, inclusive culture with strong investment in career growth and leadership development.
