What You’ll Do
Our Technology Advisory team provides senior-level expertise to drive value from technology and enhance business performance. Responsibilities include:
- Strategy Development : Develop digital and technology strategies, operating models, capabilities, and governance designs.
- Product Innovation : Assist clients with strategies to grow their digital capabilities.
- Cost Reduction and Transformation : Implement technology cost reduction, outsourcing, and end-to-end transformation.
- Platform/System Review : Conduct re-platforming, rationalization, and consolidation of infrastructure.
- Technology Due Diligence : Execute carve-out and merger integration planning.
- Crisis Management : Provide interim leadership roles and project turnaround services.
What You’ll Need
Experience :
- Mix of blue chip consulting and industry experience.
- Strong experience in the retail sector
- Previous experience as a Solution or Enterprise Architect.
- Proven experience in designing enterprise-wide technology solutions.
- Ability to deliver small projects or manage multiple workstreams of larger projects.
Skills :
- Practical knowledge in software delivery, infrastructure, operations, and governance.
- Ability to assess technological capabilities and identify maturity gaps.
- Proficiency in various project methodologies (e.g., waterfall, agile, iterative development).
- Keen interest in technology trends and digital impacts on the industry.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with financial literacy.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Confidence in collaborating with clients and stakeholders to build relationships and provide advice.
Requirements :
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are advantageous.
