Salesforce Lead Enterprise Architect Location: London (Hybrid – 1 day per week onsite) Salary: Up to £125,000 (depending on experience) Are you a strategic thinker with deep Salesforce expertise and a passion for leading enterprise transformations? We\’re looking for an accomplished Salesforce Lead Enterprise Architect to shape cutting-edge solutions for high-impact clients across complex digital landscapes. Leading architectural design and governance across Salesforce Sales, Service, Commerce, and Data Cloud , with integrations into platforms like AWS. Managing solution and business design risks, and leading mitigation strategies. 12+ years in consulting and enterprise architecture roles, with 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience. ~ Proven track record of designing and delivering end-to-end Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds. ~ Strong experience in business process optimization , integration , and data management . ~ Ability to define future-state architectures and lead large-scale digital transformations. ~ A strong grasp of Salesforce ecosystem tools (AppExchange, integration tools, etc.). ~ Experience with Agile, Scrum, and/or Scaled Agile methodologies. Bonus Points for: Salesforce Industries and Salesforce certifications . Background in enterprise integration (ESBs, ETL tools) and web services.
