Systems Engineer - Various Levels Location
Belfast, 3 days per week hybrid Salary
£50,000 - £70,000 SC eligible, clearance required to start Were looking for a technically strong Senior Systems Engineer who can work across the full engineering lifecycle, with particular focus on requirements, integration, verification, validation and qualification.
This role suits someone who is hands-on, confident engaging with stakeholders, and comfortable working across hardware, software and firmware in a complex engineering environment.
Youll be joining a business that values strong systems thinking, practical problem solving and clear communication.
This is an opportunity to take ownership of technically challenging work and contribute to customer-facing programmes where quality, rigour and delivery matter.
Key Responsibilities Work on the right-hand side of the V lifecycle, supporting integration, verification, validation and qualification activities.
Capture, manage and mature requirements.
Develop test documentation, test plans and test specifications.
Execute integration and validation tests.
Create and maintain VVRM documentation.
Support acceptance activities and safety requirements.
Your Background Strong experience with requirements management, system architecture, or integration and testing.
Good understanding of verification, validation or certification processes.
Experience with model-based engineering techniques, including MBSE, is desirable.
Confident working across hardware, software or firmware.
Degree or equivalent experience in an engineering discipline.
