Are you an experienced Agile Delivery Manager with a background in government projects? We’re seeking a sharp, adaptable delivery leader to join a high-performing consultancy team delivering meaningful digital services across the UK. What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead agile ceremonies: stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
  • Build, mentor, and guide high-performing delivery teams
  • Identify and unblock obstacles to delivery
  • Navigate complex risks and dependencies
  • Collaborate closely with clients and stakeholders
  • Encourage continuous improvement and a people-first culture

Essential Experience:

  • Solid experience managing complex digital projects in an agile environment
  • Strong familiarity with delivery methodologies such as SCRUM, Lean, DSDM
  • Confident leading hybrid or consultancy/client teams
  • Understanding of user-centred design principles
  • Government or public sector experience preferred
