Are you an experienced Agile Delivery Manager with a background in government projects? We’re seeking a sharp, adaptable delivery leader to join a high-performing consultancy team delivering meaningful digital services across the UK. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead agile ceremonies: stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Build, mentor, and guide high-performing delivery teams
- Identify and unblock obstacles to delivery
- Navigate complex risks and dependencies
- Collaborate closely with clients and stakeholders
- Encourage continuous improvement and a people-first culture
Essential Experience:
- Solid experience managing complex digital projects in an agile environment
- Strong familiarity with delivery methodologies such as SCRUM, Lean, DSDM
- Confident leading hybrid or consultancy/client teams
- Understanding of user-centred design principles
- Government or public sector experience preferred
