We’re seeking a forward-thinking Cybersecurity Transformation Specialist to join a leading consultancy to be apart of their Digital Trust and Cyber Security team, where your expertise will help redefine how organizations safeguard their future.

The Opportunity:

In this role, you\’ll become a key architect in designing and executing cybersecurity strategies that align with business goals. You’ll work alongside a diverse team of industry experts to identify vulnerabilities, implement robust security solutions, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do:

• Strategic Collaboration: Work directly with clients to shape comprehensive cybersecurity frameworks that integrate seamlessly with overall business models.
• Project Leadership: Steer initiatives from conception to execution, ensuring that solutions are both innovative and pragmatic.
• Risk & Resilience: Assess and enhance business continuity plans while addressing emerging threats through proactive, tailored strategies.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers to drive transformation and secure buy-in for critical projects.
• Innovation in Action: Utilise modern techniques and tools to conduct risk assessments, workshops, and strategic reviews that empower clients to thrive in a digital era.

What We’re Looking For:

• A proven background in cybersecurity consulting, particularly in roles that demanded both strategic oversight and hands-on technical delivery.
• Demonstrable experience in leading complex projects and managing cross-functional teams within sectors such as consumer, manufacturing, or industrial domains.
• A deep understanding of how cybersecurity intersects with broader organizational goals, supported by relevant certifications and a commitment to staying abreast of industry trends.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate technical challenges into actionable business insights.
• A consultative mindset, ready to innovate and drive business growth through effective security practices.
