As a Senior Security Architect, you will work across the full lifecycle of AI systems, from design and development through to deployment and operation.This Senior Security Architect role sits within multidisciplinary Agile delivery teams, collaborating closely with data scientists, ML engineers, software engineers, and platform teams. The Senior Security Architect will act as the authority on AI security, helping teams manage emerging risks while enabling innovation.This role is well suited to a Senior Security Architect who is passionate about securing AI technologies and enjoys working in complex, highly regulated environments.What You\’ll Be Doing as a Senior Security Architect As a Senior Security Architect, you will:Lead the secure design of AI, machine learning, and GenAI platformsDefine security controls for data pipelines, model development, training, and inferenceAddress AI-specific risks such as model theft, data poisoning, prompt injection, and model inversionDesign governance and assurance approaches for responsible and ethical AI useEmbed security into MLOps and AI delivery pipelinesAct as the AI security authority within delivery teamsMentor and coach security specialists and delivery teams on AI security best practiceContribute to innovation, research, and continuous improvement in AI securityKey Responsibilities: Design secure, scalable architectures for AI and data-driven systemsApply secure-by-design and Zero Trust principles to AI platformsEnsure alignment with security, privacy, and regulatory frameworks (e.g. NCSC, ISO, NIST, GDPR)Identify and mitigate risks associated with AI models, datasets, and third-party componentsSupport security testing and assurance of AI platforms and data pipelinesCollaborate with stakeholders to translate complex AI risks into clear security controlsProduce clear architecture documentation, threat models, and security guidanceProvide technical leadership across AI security deliveryKey Requirements: The successful Senior Security Architect will bring strong security architecture experience combined with a deep interest in AI and data security .You will have:Proven experience as a Senior Security Architect or Security ArchitectExperience securing data platforms, analytics platforms, or AI-enabled systemsUnderstanding of AI/ML concepts and architectures (e.g. model training, inference, data pipelines)Knowledge of AI-specific security threats and mitigationsExperience applying security standards and regulatory requirements (e.g. NCSC, ISO, NIST, GDPR)Ability to balance innovation, usability, risk, and complianceExperience working with Agile delivery teamsStrong mentoring, coaching, and technical leadership capabilityExcellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersGain Experience In: Securing GenAI, LLM, and advanced machine learning platformsAI governance, assurance, and responsible AI frameworksSecuring MLOps pipelines and AI model lifecycle managementData privacy and protection in AI-driven systemsEmerging AI security standards and best practiceExpanding AI and security-related professional certificationsWhy Join?
