Until March 2027 Clearance: Active SC Clearance required Rate: £585 £630 per day I'm working with a leading UK Government organisation to find an experienced Transformation Roadmap & Costing Lead to support the development and delivery of a major transformation programme.
The Role
As a Transformation Roadmap & Costing Lead, you'll develop a sequenced and costed implementation roadmap, helping senior stakeholders understand delivery options and make informed investment decisions. You'll create modular delivery packages and apply clear prioritisation across benefit, feasibility, cost and risk.
Key responsibilities include:
Developing a detailed transformation roadmap Creating modular delivery packages Building bottom-up cost models Supporting investment and business cases Assessing benefit, feasibility, cost and risk Supporting prioritisation and investment decisions Working with senior stakeholders on delivery recommendations Providing clear financial and transformation analysis What We're Looking For We're looking for a Transformation Roadmap & Costing Lead with: Experience in transformation, benefits, costing or investment appraisal Strong bottom-up cost modelling experience Experience developing investment cases Strong analytical and commercial thinking Experience assessing delivery options and priorities Excellent stakeholder management skills Central government or public sector experience desirable Active SC Clearance Apply If you're an experienced Transformation Roadmap & Costing Lead with strong transformation costing or investment appraisal experience and active SC Clearance, I'd be keen to hear from you about this opportunity.
