Recognised as a premier financial, regulatory, and economic advisor in the UK infrastructure space, the P&U team plays a pivotal role in enabling billions of pounds of investment across water, energy, and aviation sectors.
This high-impact role is ideal for professionals with a background in debt advisory, capital markets, or credit ratings who are eager to shape the future of critical UK infrastructure. The team supports infrastructure companies and investors in developing, financing, and stress-testing business plans that drive long-term investment and regulatory outcomes.
About the Team
At the centre of the P&U offering is the Corporate Finance team-specialising in debt and credit rating advisory. By operating at the crossroads of policy, regulation, and finance, the team delivers strategic insight that goes beyond traditional corporate finance services.

Role Responsibilities
As a Manager, the successful candidate will lead the delivery of multiple concurrent client engagements. Responsibilities include:
