Role Overview
As an Associate Director Corporate Finance Advisor, you will take on a pivotal leadership role driving advisory projects from end-to-end. Your mix of commercial acumen, client management, and technical advisory skills will help you build trusted relationships and influence at senior levels. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and managing multiple large, complex workstreams concurrently across corporate finance engagements.
- Building and sustaining strong client relationships at board and management level, acting as a trusted adviser.
- Developing tailored financial solutions and strategic advice to support clients through the transaction cycle.
- Leading business development initiatives, including pitching, proposal creation, and relationship cultivation.

Skills & Expertise
