Retail Load Pricing Analyst – UK Energy Market Location: UK-based (Hybrid working available) Full-Time | Permanent We\’re working with a leading energy provider to find a Retail Load Pricing Analyst with strong experience in the UK retail energy market. This is a key role for someone who can bring commercial insight and analytical expertise to help shape pricing strategies for residential and SME customer segments. Develop, maintain, and enhance load forecasting and pricing models for retail electricity and gas customers in the UK. Analyse customer usage patterns, wholesale market trends, and regulatory impacts to inform pricing strategies. Collaborate with trading, risk, and commercial teams to ensure pricing reflects market dynamics and margin targets. Provide insight to senior stakeholders on portfolio performance and margin analysis. Strong experience in UK retail energy pricing, ideally with a focus on load forecasting and cost-to-serve models. Solid understanding of the UK energy market structure, regulatory environment, and industry data flows (e.g. Advanced Excel skills; experience with Python, SQL, or similar tools is highly desirable. Excellent analytical skills and a commercial mindset.
