Are you a UX Consultant who thrives in complex environments, influencing stakeholders and shaping user-centred digital transformation programmes? I'm supporting a leading technology and consulting organisation delivering some of the UK's most critical digital projects. They're looking for an experienced UX professional who can work directly with clients, solve complex challenges and influence the direction of large-scale transformation initiatives. This is far more than a traditional UX role. You'll work alongside multidisciplinary consulting teams, helping organisations redesign services that have real national impact.
What you'll be doing:
- Leading user-centred discovery and research activities
- Facilitating stakeholder workshops with senior client teams
- Mapping complex user journeys and service experiences
- Creating wireframes, prototypes and design concepts
- Collaborating with Product Managers, Architects, Engineers and Delivery Leads
- Presenting recommendations and influencing decision-makers
- Working across multiple high-profile transformation programmes
What they're looking for:
- Experience working within a consulting environment or delivering consultancy-style engagements
- Strong UX research, interaction design and service design capability
- Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills
- Experience working on large, complex digital transformation programmes
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Eligible to obtain UK Developed Vetting (DV) clearance
