UX Designer

A leading digital intelligence and technology organisation is looking for a talented UX Designer to join its growing Digital Experience team in London.
This is an opportunity to work on complex, high-impact digital products and services, helping organisations solve challenging problems through user-centred design, research, and innovation.
The RoleAs a UX Designer, you will champion the needs of users and apply user-centred design principles throughout the product lifecycle from discovery and research through to design, delivery, and continuous improvement.
You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including designers, researchers, developers, product specialists, and stakeholders to create accessible, intuitive, and effective digital experiences.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand user needs and behaviours
- Translating research findings into practical design recommendations and improvements
- Creating user journeys, personas, wireframes, prototypes, and information architectures
- Designing engaging user interfaces and interaction experiences
- Developing visual concepts, design artefacts, and UI solutions
- Communicating design decisions and research insights clearly to stakeholders
- Supporting agile delivery teams and promoting user-centred design practices
- Identifying emerging digital trends and opportunities to improve products and services
You are a passionate UX Designer who enjoys solving complex problems and creating experiences that genuinely work for users.
You will have experience with:
- UX design and user-centred design methodologies
- User research and usability testing
- Wireframing and prototyping
- Information architecture and interaction design
- Working with multidisciplinary teams
- Using evidence and insights to guide design decisions
Youll be comfortable engaging with users, stakeholders, and technical teams, and able to explain design thinking clearly.
