An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced SC Cleared User Researcher to join a leading digital consultancy delivering Discovery work across a high-profile public sector programme. This role offers the chance to shape user-centred services from the very beginning, working within multidisciplinary teams to uncover user needs, influence design decisions and improve complex, data-driven services.
To be successful, you'll have strong experience working within GDS, leading Discovery research, conducting qualitative and quantitative research, user interviews, journey mapping and translating research into clear, actionable insights.
Requirements:
- Active SC Clearance
- Strong GDS experience
- Discovery & Alpha delivery
- Qualitative & quantitative research
- User interviews, journey mapping and personas
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and storytelling skills
- Skilled in Service Design will be highly desirable and prioritised
