This role sits within a global technology-led consulting organisation delivering large-scale transformation programmes for the UK’s leading Energy & Utilities providers. The business operates at enterprise scale, combining deep industry expertise with strong cloud and modern engineering capability.
You’ll be working on end-to-end technology transformation programmes, not isolated workstreams helping major energy organisations modernise platforms, operations and customer-facing services.
About the Role
This is a technology delivery-led position, focused on owning outcomes across complex Energy & Utilities programmes. You’ll lead delivery from initiation through to deployment, working closely with senior client stakeholders and multi-disciplinary delivery teams. Expect exposure to large, regulated environments and cloud-heavy transformation work.
Key Requirements (Must Have)
- 3–5+ years’ experience delivering technology programmes within Energy and/or Utilities – oil and gas is highly desirable.
- Proven experience delivering end-to-end transformation projects.
- Strong cloud exposure – Azure or AWS essential (multi-cloud highly desirable).
- Hands-on delivery experience across Agile and Waterfall environments.
- Confident managing plans, budgets, RAID and senior stakeholders.
- Cloud or delivery certifications highly desirable.
Package & Benefits
- £50,000 – £65,000 base salary (Consultant / Senior Consultant).
