A market-leading global professional services firm is seeking an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Consultant to join their specialist security practice. Reporting into senior leadership, you will design and deliver comprehensive IAM architectures for complex client environments, focusing on identity governance, access control, and compliance.

Responsibilities
- Design and implement identity and access governance (IAG) strategies, including architecture for identity management, authentication, and authorisation aligned to business and regulatory needs.
- Lead development of IAG solutions such as RBAC, ABAC, privilege management, user provisioning workflows, and integrations with IT infrastructure.
- Manage compliance and risk, including GDPR/SOX adherence, risk assessments, audit trails, and reporting for identity activities.
- Collaborate with security, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical leadership, and communicate solutions effectively.
Candidate Profile
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity or equivalent; certifications like CISSP, CISM, TOGAF advantageous.
- Experience in IAM/security architecture, with hands-on design and implementation of IAG solutions in large-scale settings.
- Expertise in IGA tools (e.g., SailPoint, Okta, Oracle Identity Governance), access models, federation, SSO, MFA, protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, LDAP), and cloud IAM (Azure AD, AWS IAM).
- Strong analytical skills, cross-functional leadership, and ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
- SC clearance eligible.
