Anson McCade is an innovative Recruitment Consultancy firm working across the Financial and Technology industry. Our growing business is currently looking for talented and ambitious Recruitment Consultants to work exclusively with global clients specialising in the Quantitative Finance sector from Investment Banking and Capital Market, Trading to Financial Technology.
The role:
- This is a full life cycle recruitment role with global household name clients to work with.
- You will be expected to expand the company's network of best talents in the industry.
- Facilitating negotiations between clients and candidates, account management, business negotiation and market discussion.
The right candidate:
- Experienced in Recruitment or Sales with exposure to Financial Services or experience working on Financial roles or/and demonstrable interest in starting a career within the financial services sector.
- Minimum bachelor's degree from a well-recognised university.
- Experience in the Financial Services Sector (Sales & Trading, institutional Sales or Recruitment).
- Consistent professional history.
- Competitive and highly driven for success.
- Incredibly personable and confident with a persuasive nature.
- Exceptional communication skills - someone who thoroughly enjoys building and maintaining professional relationships.
