Operating Model Consultant
£450 per day | Inside IR35 | 7-week initial engagement | Extension potential
We are supporting a major Central Government transformation programme and are looking for an experienced Operating Model Consultant to help shape how digital services and capabilities are structured, prioritised and delivered.
This is an opportunity to work at a strategic level, helping translate business strategy into practical operating models and frameworks that support better decision-making and delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and refine digital operating models aligned to wider business strategy.
- Support the design of prioritisation frameworks to help organisations make effective investment and delivery decisions.
- Translate strategic objectives into practical operating model recommendations.
- Work with senior stakeholders to understand business challenges and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Provide structured analysis and recommendations across digital, business and operating model transformation.
Key skills
- Strong Operating Model design and transformation experience.
- Background in Digital Transformation and/or digital strategy.
- Strong Business Strategy and strategic planning capability.
- Experience developing prioritisation frameworks.
- Comfortable operating with senior stakeholders in complex organisations.
- Consulting experience, ideally within large-scale transformation environments.
