Overview:
An opportunity to join a leading global consulting firm’s high-growth Deal Advisory/Execution practice, working at the forefront of complex joint ventures, partnerships, and strategic alliances across industries and geographies. This is a senior leadership role within a specialist team that advises clients from early-stage partnership strategy through to deal structuring, negotiation, execution, and ongoing governance. You’ll operate in a highly entrepreneurial environment, helping shape a fast-growing JV and Alliances capability while delivering high-impact work for some of the world’s most recognisable organisations.
The Role:
You’ll lead end-to-end joint venture and alliance engagements, partnering closely with senior client stakeholders and multidisciplinary internal teams across corporate finance, legal, tax, valuation, and integration.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading complex JV and partnership engagements from concept through to execution and implementation
- Advising clients on partnership strategy, operating models, valuation, governance and deal structuring
- Supporting negotiations and drafting of key commercial agreements
- Driving business development, shaping propositions, and winning new work
- Managing multidisciplinary teams and overseeing delivery quality, risk and financial performance
- Developing thought leadership and contributing to the growth of a high-performing advisory practice
- Coaching and developing junior consultants and future leaders
Required Experience:
- Strong background in joint ventures, partnerships, alliances or complex commercial deals
- Experience from top-tier consulting, corporate development, private equity, investment banking or industry strategy roles
- Solid corporate finance skillset with exposure to valuation, business planning and transaction structuring
- Track record of leading complex workstreams and client engagements
- Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-paced, high-growth environments
