A leading global consulting and managed services organisation is looking for a commercially driven Business Solutions Architect to join a high-performing transformation and solutioning team delivering complex outsourcing and managed service solutions.

The Opportunity
As a Business Solutions Architect, you’ll work alongside Sales Directors, Solution Architects, and operational leaders to shape and deliver strategic managed service solutions for enterprise and public sector clients. You’ll play a key role in qualifying opportunities, designing operating models, creating transformation plans, and producing compelling client proposals that position the business to win large-scale engagements. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Business Solutions Architect who enjoys blending strategic thinking with practical delivery planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective clients to understand operational challenges and business requirements
- Qualify opportunities and support solution governance reviews
- Design end-to-end outsourcing and managed service solutions
- Develop operating models, transition plans, and delivery frameworks
- Conduct cost-benefit and ROI analysis
- Identify risks and create mitigation strategies
- Produce high-quality client proposals and solution documentation
- Mentor colleagues and share best practice across the wider team
